My, What a Big Shadow You Have
As a therapist, I mainly work with those who want to improve themselves and their quality of life. This is, imho, incredibly meaningful and rewarding work. Grateful, I am. Sitting is a Pain in the Ass (and Hip)
I went out for a run a couple of weeks ago, and felt some serious pain in my hip right over my iliac crest. Weird. It actually hurt enough that I took 2 full weeks off of running (other activity didn’t seem to bother it, thankfully). I did a lot of stretching—specifically, yoga for runners. The pain didn’t go away, but it felt better. I went out for a run again 2 weeks later—same pain, same place. In all my years of fairly consistent running, I have never had an injury. I

Technology has made us soft. And lazy. Seriously, I order EVERYTHING from Amazon Prime. I have both an AC unit and a space heater in my office so the temperature can always be adjusted to my perfect comfort zone.
