It’s the Monday after Thanksgiving… How are you feeling about the way you *managed* the feast? The two most common approaches I see are: Anything goes! A Year is Nothing...Really!
What if you decided to commit to one year of taking really good care of yourself? I’m not talking about a diet, a cleanse, a bootcamp intensive, or any other sort of quick fix…I’m talking about one full year of commitment to yourself and your health. Does that seem ridiculous? I mean, I know you want to be in shape for your sister’s wedding in 3 weeks and your high school reunion is coming up in a couple of months, but… One year is NOTHING. It may sounds like an interminabl
