Do you hit it hard, but then become quickly discouraged by lack of results and quit altogether?  Or maybe you eat "good" all day, until you come home from work starving and eat half of what's in the fridge.  It’s easy to get trapped in an all-or-nothing approach and it's a common form of self-sabotage. 


Because I see this so often, I felt compelled to develop this program to offer YOU a way to build a consistent practice with a high level of accountability that gives them a firm foundation from which to continue toward their goals.

50-minute in-depth coaching session where we will talk goals, strategy, and limiting beliefs and dysfunctional thinking patterns that have kept you from meeting your goals in the past.

Customized nutritional blueprint which will guide your eating choices in a way that is more flexible than the traditional meal plan.

A workout plan that works for you given your goals, your preferences, your lifestyle, and your fitness level.

Text/email check-ins as needed to keep you on track and in the right frame of mind.
